&lt;p&gt;In line with the Bank’s continued development, the need has arisen to engage suitable individuals to perform the duties of &lt;strong&gt;Payments Officer&lt;/strong&gt;.  The successful candidate will join the Data Processing Management Department.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Supporting the operational requirements of SWIFT;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;·  Processing of FIN messages on SWIFT;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Maintaining and updating SWIFT RMAs.;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Preparing monthly statistics;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Ensuring relative Disaster Recovery mechanisms are fully operational&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The applicants as a minimum shall:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Have a good understanding of SWIFT and ISO 20022 payment messaging;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Have a high degree of attention to detail and highly organised;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Be able to work under pressure;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Be self-motivated and work on own initiative as well as within a team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Experience in banking or financial services will be considered an asset.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
