Based in the picturesque island of Malta, this position offers the chance to expand your expertise in payments while advancing within a thriving organization. As a Payments Specialist, your key duties include overseeing payment reviews, operations, integrations, optimizations, and the maintenance of payment providers. This role provides an ideal environment to excel in the payments sector, supported by the company's robust development and support system aimed at elevating your skills to the next level of payments optimization.

You will:

• Overseeing the operation of internal and external systems, and optimizing tools to ensure seamless functionality.
• Facilitating the integration of new PSPs onto the platform.
• Dedicating efforts to continuously enhance systems and tools to improve platform performance; Consistently monitoring PSP performance and troubleshooting issues
• Being accessible for urgent payment issue resolution outside standard business hours
• Collaborating with Payment Product and Payment Operations teams to meet their requirements; Providing reports to team leaders/managers as needed.

Skills/Experience:

• Have a minimum of 1 year work experience with Payment Products and/or Optimisation;
• Previous work experience in iGaming will be considered a plus;

Salary / Remuneration

30,000 – 35,000 DOE + 15% performance bonus, well-being allowance, health insurance
