&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Continental Cars Ltd&lt;/strong&gt; specialises in Automotive and has an opportunity for a &lt;strong&gt;Car Valeting / PDI / Car Washer &lt;/strong&gt;to join our team. This position is suited to individuals that are looking to advance their career in automotive.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Technical PDI/Valeting Operative is responsible for preparing new vehicles prior to delivery to customers. Additionally, the role involves performing detailed cleaning and valeting on used vehicles to maintain high presentation standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Main tasks and responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate with Workshop and Sales Managers regarding the parking locations of vehicles.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform maintenance on stock vehicles following manufacturer’s requirements and company policies.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Remove transportation mode settings from new vehicles to prepare them for delivery.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure vehicles are protected at all times using appropriate coverings such as seat covers, floor mats, and steering wheel covers.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Inspect vehicles and promptly report any damages to the Sales and Workshop Managers.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Clean customers’ vehicles inside and out, including polishing when required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Vacuum vehicle interiors as necessary.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Use tools and equipment properly and responsibly.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain cleanliness and optimal condition of the wash bay and all pre-delivery inspection equipment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Follow pre-delivery inspection procedures for car valeting in accordance with franchise and company requirements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure all work complies with manufacturer’s safety standards.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strive to meet or exceed customer expectations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Adhere strictly to Health and Safety regulations, company policies, and franchise standards.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Wear protective clothing and use safety equipment provided by the company at all times.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Attend company-organised training as required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform light maintenance work when necessary.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Workshop Manager.&lt;/li&gt;
