I’m working on an exclusive search for a rapidly scaling digital group operating across competitive verticals in iGaming. With significant investment secured and a clear roadmap for international growth, they are now looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of their paid media efforts.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a strategic role — ideal for someone with strong expertise in Facebook Ads and a proven track record in acquisition across high-competition markets such as Casino. You’ll be building from a strong foundation but with autonomy to shape, optimise, and scale new user acquisition channels.

You will:

• Own and execute the performance marketing strategy across Paid Social, Search, and Programmatic — with a strong focus on Facebook
• Manage large-scale budgets across multiple geos, optimising for CPA, ROI, and long-term value
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, data and senior leadership to ensure campaign success and alignment with commercial goals

Skills / Experience:

• Demonstrated success managing high-performing paid campaigns in iGaming, particularly Casino
• Expertise in campaign planning, audience targeting, conversion optimisation, and funnel analysis
• Strategic mindset with strong data analysis capabilities and hands-on experience with platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools

Salary / Remuneration: €40,000 – €45,000
