About This Job

We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated pharmacist to join our team on a full-time basis. The chosen candidates will be responsible for a range of duties, encompassing regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and market access for our pharmaceutical products. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proactive approach to ensure the highest standards of pharmaceutical care and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure compliance with EU GDP aspects and maintain the quality management system, including documentation and standard operating procedures.

· Manage change controls, deviations, CAPAs, and conduct product quality complaints and recalls.

· Provide regular training on SOPs and policies to in-house and third-party employees.

· Maintain strong relationships with local Health Authorities, product suppliers, and customers.

· Host audits and inspections, conduct self-inspections, and third-party audits for GDP-related activities.

· Perform risk assessments and stay updated on applicable health regulations.

· Promote and advocate for a portfolio of products to healthcare professionals to drive market access and business development in hospitals and private clinics.

· Dispense prescription medications and provide patients with information about their medications and proper usage, ensuring exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

· Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy and hold a valid warrant to practice as a Pharmacist in Malta.

· Familiarity with GDP EMA and other relevant regulatory guidelines and requirements.

· Proven experience in the healthcare industry with excellent organizational and communication skills.

· Proactive, able to work independently as well as in a team, and capable of problem-solving under pressure to meet deadlines.

· Smart appearance, outgoing personality with a flair for sales, and excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

· Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and willing to travel overseas for training.

· Flexible attitude towards work, available to work evenings and weekends as needed.

· Clean and valid driving license
