&lt;p&gt;As a &lt;strong&gt;Plant Room Assistant&lt;/strong&gt;, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the premises&#039; essential infrastructure, with a specific focus on providing support for boiler rooms and hot water supply systems.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• &lt;strong&gt;Operational Assistance:&lt;/strong&gt; Assist in the operation and maintenance of plant room equipment under supervision.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;• Routine Checks:&lt;/strong&gt; Conduct routine inspections and assist in preventive maintenance tasks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• &lt;strong&gt;Defect Reporting: &lt;/strong&gt;Learn to identify and report equipment defects and breakdowns.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• &lt;strong&gt;Safety Adherence:&lt;/strong&gt; Follow safety protocols and assist in emergency responses as needed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
