🏗️ WE’RE HIRING: Production Office & Precast Concrete Supervisor

Are you organised, practical and confident working with both people and production?

We are looking for a Production Office & Precast Concrete Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in coordinating our production operations and client requirements.

Your role will include:

• Coordinating daily production activities and schedules
• Supervising and supporting production staff
• Communicating with clients regarding orders and deliveries
• Monitoring production progress, quality and safety
• Maintaining production records, stock and documentation
• Liaising between management, production and clients
• Assisting with resolving production and customer issues

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in precast concrete, construction or a similar environment
• Previous supervisory or production-coordination experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Fluent Maltese & English – mandatory
• A practical, hands-on and responsible approach
• Category B driving licence – an advantage
