&lt;p&gt;The Project Leader is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the organization.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This individual will manage project teams, set goals and deadlines, ensure proper allocation of resources, and ensure the project adheres to quality standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Project Leader will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the project aligns with the company’s objectives, and is completed on time, within scope, and within budget.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates, managing all aspects of the project lifecycle.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Coordinate with architects, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Oversee resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment, ensuring optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Monitor daily operations on-site to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Resolve project issues and risks by implementing mitigation plans and escalating as necessary.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular updates on project financial status.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and inspections are obtained and meet regulatory requirements.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, status updates, and presentations to stakeholders and management.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Supervise and mentor construction teams, ensuring productivity, adherence to schedules, and maintaining positive morale.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Ensure effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external contractors.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Conduct final project reviews and ensure successful handover to operational teams.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Qualifications:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or in related field.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Requirements:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· 3 to 5 years experience in project management&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and quality standards.&lt;/p&gt;
