The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, particularly in ERP system implementations and digital transformation services.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;h4&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Project Planning &amp;amp; Management:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Lead and manage end-to-end ERP and digital transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation, testing, and deployment.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Team Leadership:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Supervise, mentor, and support Business Analysts to ensure they deliver quality work and meet project milestones.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Stakeholder Communication:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, external clients, and vendors, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and solutions.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Scope &amp;amp; Requirements Management:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Define and manage project scope and objectives, ensuring that project deliverables align with business needs and client expectations.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resource Allocation:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Allocate resources effectively to ensure Business Analysts are supported in their roles.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Risk Management:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery and budget adherence.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quality Assurance:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, managing escalations where necessary.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Customer Satisfaction:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Foster and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Continuous Improvement:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Seek opportunities for improvement within project processes and team performance, incorporating feedback from clients and team members.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;h4&gt;Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experience:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;5 years or more&amp;nbsp;of experience in project management would be ideal, with a focus on ERP implementations and digital transformation projects.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Language Skills:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Excellent command of English (C1 or C2 proficiency). The ability to communicate in Maltese is an asset.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Communication Skills:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interpersonal Skills:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, manage conflict, and drive results.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Technical Skills:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and digital transformation frameworks.
