&lt;p&gt;About Us:&lt;br&gt;Nine Projects Ltd. is a dynamic turnkey project management company handling high-end residential and commercial developments across Malta. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager with strong AutoCAD capabilities to join our growing team.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Prepare and revise 2D AutoCAD drawings including layouts, detail drawings, and as-built plans&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop and interpret design plans&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Translate site requirements and architectural intent into practical construction drawings&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Assist in planning and programming project timelines and deliverables&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Monitor site progress, coordinate with trades, and support project delivery&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Ensure works are in line with technical drawings and specifications&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Attend site meetings, take minutes, and maintain project documentation&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Requirements:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Proven experience in project management within the construction industry&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD (2D required, 3D a plus)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Knowledge of local construction standards, methods, and regulations&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Strong organisational and problem-solving skills&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites or tasks&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Fluency in English; Maltese is a plus&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Own transport preferred&lt;/p&gt;
