About This Job

Are you passionate about payments and ready to be at the heart of a dynamic international team? Betsson Group is looking for a PSP Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding payments department. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient onboarding, management, and documentation of our global Payment Service Providers.

This is your chance to join a team that thrives on collaboration, attention to detail, and continuous improvement — all while having fun in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the successful completion of all KYC onboarding documentation from new PSPs (e.g. application forms, AML forms, setup forms).

  • Take full ownership of annual PSP KYC refreshes across all group companies, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, AML) to meet all regulatory and business deadlines.

  • Organise and maintain an up-to-date, structured library of PSP documentation (including contracts) in our shared folders.

  • Manage access to PSP back offices, ensuring appropriate rights are granted based on business needs and in line with security protocols.

  • Support the preparation and upkeep of internal payments documentation – processes, procedures, and general guidelines.

  • Assist the Finance team with reconciliation processes and investigate any mismatches.

  • Monitor and analyse PSP performance regularly to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years' experience in a business within payment operations, preferably in the iGaming sector.

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on identifying efficiencies and solving problems.

  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines.

  • Experience working in an international and multicultural environment is a big plus.
