&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Job profile&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for liaising with internal departments as well as regulatory bodies to implement and maintain standards, whilst conducting audits.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Monitoring operations, particularly dairy processing, packaging, and quality control.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Developing, updating, and implementing documentation related to processing, quality assurance and food safety management.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Having a key role in the accreditation and certification of MDP’s operations, quality assurance and food safety management systems.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Generating, updating, and managing an audit program related to the above.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Applying knowledge of local regulations and company policies to assure compliance along all the products.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Technical skills&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· A key understanding of HACCP, quality and food safety management.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Post-graduate Degree in a food science related subject.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Knowledge of, and experience with, ISO 9001 standards shall be considered an asset.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Excellent research skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Fluency (written and verbal) in English and Maltese.&lt;/p&gt;
