Rimus Riley Limited, a leading company in the manufacture of biscuits and snack foods, with export markets in the UK, France and Spain, are currently seeking to recruit a:
Quality Manager and MD Assistant
We are seeking an individual with a background in Quality Management, wanting to expand his career into other areas of management.
The ideal candidate will be a resident in Malta and in possession of a science degree, with particular reference to food technology and having worked in a similar manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of all areas of all quality assurance programs including the quality control department, staff training, developing quality metrics, internal and external audits and supply chain compliance.
- Work closely with the Managing Director and the Factory Operations Manager to lead product development programs.
- Address technical issues such as food safety, identification of nutritional values and other regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with the Managing Director and Marketing Team to identify trends, opportunities and assist in market studies.
- Liaise with the Finance Team and assist the MD to help identify areas of concern and identify solutions.
