The role includes:
- Following up with landlords and clients.
- Making outbound calls and building new relationships.
- Conducting residential and commercial property viewings.
- Negotiating rental agreements between landlords and tenants.
- Proactively sourcing new business opportunities.
- Managing your own pipeline and seeing deals through from start to finish.
