&lt;p&gt;We are seeking motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.&lt;br&gt;- Promote and sell a range of properties, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the features and benefits of each listing.&lt;br&gt;- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.&lt;br&gt;- Build and nurture relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.&lt;br&gt;- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.&lt;br&gt;- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to closing.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills and Qualifications:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the real estate sector.&lt;br&gt;- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Maltese is a plus.&lt;br&gt;- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.&lt;br&gt;- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.&lt;br&gt;- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.&lt;br&gt;- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.&lt;br&gt;- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.&lt;br&gt;- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;If you are passionate about sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply and become part of our dedicated team.&lt;/p&gt;
