Receptionist

Seeking to recruit full-time Hostess to work for a world renowned brand in the hospitality industry. The Hostess will be responsible for managing reservations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a polite and professional etiquette, and utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure guest satisfaction. Must be able to communicate in English, other languages will be considered an asset.

• Experience with bookings and reservations
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Professional phone etiquette

Responsibilities

• Schedule reservations, meet and greet the guests on their arrivals.
• Help and attend to any questions the guest may have.
• The candidate must be a team player and good communication skills are an asset.
• Able to follow instructions from its superiors and follow all SOP's in place
