About This Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Reconciliation & Cash Office Clerk. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate reconciliation of daily deliveries and maintaining proper documentation in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the respective stakeholders while ensuring that Invoices and Cash Sales are properly signed and documented.
- Various reconciliations including empties, vouchers, crates, returns and ensure that all postings are accurate.
- Identify and discuss variances with all stakeholders involved.
- Meticulous reconciliation to daily deliveries, while ensuring that all issues are tackled in a professional manner.
- Processing of Credit Notes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Liaise courteously with customers to resolve queries.
- Ensuring that any issues within the Reconciliation officer are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of an Ordinary Level of Education.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and show initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to maintaining high ethical and quality standards.
