Working directly with clients and key stakeholders will give you valuable exposure to different business environments, regulatory challenges and decision-makers. With responsibility for multiple projects and client requirements, you will develop the autonomy and stakeholder management skills needed to progress as a well-rounded regulatory professional.

Your role will cover regulatory compliance, governance, risk and advisory matters, giving you the opportunity to develop a broader skill set than purely operational compliance. From implementing compliance frameworks and conducting gap analyses to supporting regulatory remediation and licensing matters, you will be exposed to projects that directly address clients’ regulatory challenges. By drafting policies, procedures, governance frameworks and regulatory documentation, you will strengthen your ability to turn regulatory requirements into practical solutions while positioning yourself as a trusted adviser to clients.

You will:

• Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters and support the implementation of compliance frameworks
• Conduct compliance reviews, gap analyses and monitoring activities across client engagements
• Draft and enhance policies, procedures, governance frameworks and regulatory documentation
• Support governance, risk, regulatory remediation and licensing-related projects

Skills / Experience:

• Strong experience in regulatory compliance, governance, risk or compliance advisory within a regulated sector
• Strong knowledge of MFSA requirements, EU regulations and local regulatory obligations
• Consultancy or advisory experience, with strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

Salary / Remuneration: 45k to 55k depending on experience.
