&lt;p&gt;This position calls for a responsible, committed, and motivated individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. The successful candidate will report to both the Chief Operations Officer and the Airport Manager, becoming an integral member of the Avis Budget Rental Operations team at Malta International Airport. As this role involves direct interaction with customers, professionalism and a “can-do” attitude are essential.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Duties and Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;•	Greeting customers and listening to their needs to determine the best rental options&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;•	Processing rental agreements and payments providing information on rental rates and policies and available vehicles&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;•	Upselling additional products and services, and outlining and clarifying final charges to customers and collecting rental agreement receipt signatures&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;•	Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;•	Moving and parking vehicles within designated parking spaces, including the off-site delivery and collection of vehicles&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;•	Performing thorough vehicle inspections at return, documenting any damages or issues using the appropriate tools, and assessing necessary charges&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;•	Maintaining accurate records and completing paperwork&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;•	Completing daily back-office tasks (handling emails, preparing station reports)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;•	Helping clients with directions and travel information&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Required Skills and Experience:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;•	Valid driver&#039;s license with a clean driving record&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;•	Fluency in spoken and written English&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;•	Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;•	Proven proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;•	Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and perform well in a fast-paced setting&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;•	A friendly, positive, and proactive attitude&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;•	A team-oriented approach&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;•	Prior sales or customer service experience, particularly in the car rental or hospitality sectors is considered an asset&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
