&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Guest Enquiries&lt;/em&gt;: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries across various communication channels.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Reservations Management&lt;/em&gt;: Handle bookings, modifications, cancellations, and ensure accurate data entry.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Customer Satisfaction&lt;/em&gt;: Monitor and track guest feedback to ensure a positive experience.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Data Analysis&lt;/em&gt;: Analyse trends to identify areas for improvement and enhance the reservation process.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Guest Requests&lt;/em&gt;: Fulfil guest requests and ensure their needs are met throughout their stay.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
