&lt;p&gt;We are currently seeking to recruit a &lt;strong&gt;Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor&lt;/strong&gt; to join our talented front of house team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Restaurant Supervisor will assist the Assistant and/or Restaurant Manager in organising and maximising the efficiency and financial performance of the Restaurant, in achieving the targets related to cost, standards and quality.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The candidate is expected to provide an efficient and pleasant dining experience to the guests dining in the Restaurant in line with Company Policies and Procedures and in a true spirit of Hospitality. Additionally, the Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for training and assisting new employees.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;We are looking for:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven experience in a la carte restaurants&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Passion for high-quality Mediterranean cuisine&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong teamwork and communication skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fluent in English&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Residing in Malta, with a valid work permit (for non-EU nationals)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Clean police conduct certificate&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
