Role Overview

As the Revenue Analyst, reporting directly to the Director of Revenue, you will play a pivotal role in creating reports, analysing data, and contributing to every aspect of our Client's revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Management Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Revenue to enhance understanding and knowledge of revenue management tools and practices.
• Report Creation and Distribution: Develop and distribute daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and ad hoc reports, providing insights into our Client's revenue strategies with detailed commentary.
• Sales Reporting: Update and distribute all sales-related reporting, including Production reports, as deemed relevant by the Director of Sales and/or Commercial Director.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure correct data entry into the hotel PMS, addressing training issues with the Head of Department as needed.
• Rate Agreement Management: Load special rate agreements within the PMS and GDS systems.
• Communication: Maintain high communication levels with the Director of Revenue, advising on trends or changes with implications for our Client's revenue strategy.
• Yielding/ Pricing Decisions: Take responsibility for all yielding/pricing decisions in the absence of the Director of Revenue.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

• Experience: Prior experience as a Revenue Analyst or in a Reservations/Revenue Supervisor role.
• Language Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written skills in English.
• System Knowledge: Experience working with Opera PMS System & SynXis.
• Revenue Management: Good understanding of revenue management systems and processes.
• Excel Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Excel.
