This Risk Analyst opportunity is with a highly established insurance business operating across multiple European markets, offering you the chance to develop your career within a regulated and internationally focused environment. You will join the Risk Management function and work closely with the Risk Manager and senior stakeholders, building broad exposure to enterprise risk, regulatory reporting, risk assessments, and governance activities. The role offers the opportunity to own key risk management activities while continuing to develop your technical knowledge within a supportive, collaborative team, enabling you to strengthen your expertise and progress toward greater responsibility within the function.

You will be involved across the full risk management framework, from maintaining the Risk Register and coordinating risk assessments through to monitoring risk appetite and key risk indicators, allowing you to develop a well-rounded understanding of risk management and build valuable hands-on experience across the function. Alongside this, you will contribute to Board and committee reporting, business continuity and disaster recovery planning, giving you a well-rounded understanding of how the Risk Management function supports the wider business.

You will:

• Support risk management activities by identifying, assessing and monitoring key risks across the business
• Maintain the Risk Register and help track risk levels, risk appetite, key indicators and potential issues
• Support regulatory and management reporting, including ORSA, SFCR, RSR, risk dashboards and Board reports
• Work with teams across the business on risk, compliance, internal audit, business continuity and other regulatory projects

Skills / Experience:

• 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally within risk management or the insurance sector
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, Mathematics or a relevant discipline
• Knowledge of the insurance market, underwriting principles, techniques and relevant regulatory environments

Salary / Remuneration: €35,000 - €45,000 (Depending on Experience) + Hybrid work, flexible working hours, access to parking, health insurance, allowances, opportunity to travel internationally
