Working within a close-knit team, you will gain insight into different areas of banking Risk spanning credit and operational risk, incident reporting and recovery planning, enabling you to develop a well-rounded understanding of how risk is identified, monitored and managed across the business.

You will:

• Review risk-related information and help identify areas requiring further investigation or follow-up
• Participate in risk assessments and contribute to the ongoing development of the organisation’s risk management framework
• Support the implementation of internal policies and procedures, helping promote a strong risk awareness culture across the business

Skills / Experience:

• 1 + years of relevant experience, ideally in banking, insurance or financial services
• A good understanding of risk management principles, with exposure to credit risk, operational risk or regulatory matters being an advantage

Salary / Remuneration: €30,000 - €40,000 (Depending on Experience) + Hybrid work, performance bonus, health insurance
