RMF TOW TRUCK DRIVER

The RMF Tow Truck Driver will play a crucial role in providing great service to our clients.

Working in a fast-paced environment the selected candidate will provide first-hand support and road side assistance.

We offer a competitive salary + shift allowances + commissions.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving communications from RMF dispatcher.
• Driving to the scene of a vehicle breakdown or accident without delay.
• Interacting with the customer to find out the nature of the problem.
• Performing roadside vehicle diagnostics.
• Performing necessary repairs.
• Jump-starting vehicles, changing tires, and carrying out minor roadside repairs.
• Suggesting a course of action.
• Loading the broken-down vehicle onto the truck.
• Recommend the client to repair their vehicle at Burmarrad Group’s workshops.
• Or, Towing the vehicle to an authorized repair centre / desired location of client.
• Reporting to base and completing paperwork.
• Truck upkeep – Cleanliness & organisation.
• Timely cash ins and handing in of tow cards and worksheets.
• Other general duties as required by management.

Requirements

• Have good automotive skills.
• Have knowledge of the Maltese road network.
• Must be able to work night and weekend shifts.
• Have a C1+E valid driving license.
• Must be smart, courteous, and have interpersonal skills.
• Able to read and write English and Maltese.
• Any previous experience in the field would be considered an asset.

N.B. The chosen candidate must be ready to work a minimum of 3 night/weekend shifts per week.
