Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through direct calls, engaging emails, and creative social media strategies.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align on promotional strategies, campaigns, and content that resonate with potential clients.
• Craft win-win deals that make both Jobhound and our clients eager to sign on the dotted line.
• Assist new clients in getting started with Jobhound’s platform, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and immediate value from the service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring they continue to thrive with Jobhound.
• Collect and relay client feedback to the product and marketing teams to help improve Jobhound's offerings and better meet client needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent at writing emails that are engaging, clear, and persuasive.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable and enthusiastic about using CRM systems to manage client relationships.
• Proficient with Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets for organizing and analyzing data.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Maltese is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience of 2+ years in sales or client-facing roles, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to finding and closing opportunities.
