Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media channels to generate leads.
• Respond to client inquiries and assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring they understand and benefit from Jobhound’s platform.
• Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and schedule meetings, helping to drive sales efforts forward.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our CRM system, tracking interactions and sales progress.
• Work with the marketing team to align on campaigns that attract new clients and engage existing ones.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent at writing emails that are engaging, clear, and persuasive.
• Comfortable and enthusiastic about using CRM systems to manage client relationships.
• Proficient with Google Docs or Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Maltese is a strong advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn about sales processes in a digital services industry.
