Sales Cashier / Assistant

Laguna Shopping in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Sales Person / Cashier to join their team on a part-time or Reduced-time basis.

Job Description:

A sales Assistant is a Smart person who assists Customers directly.

Duties include greeting customers who enter the shop, managing the cash register via the point-of-sale system and helping customers find products in the shop.

The person will replenish, maintain and clean all products, shelves and displays.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Shop environment is preferred, however not essential, as training will be provided
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers of diverse backgrounds
• Excellent in communicating in English. Knowledge of German and French, though not essential, will be considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good at numbers and handling of CASH, with Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• Excellent Life skills of Loyalty, Honesty and Team player
