Sales Executive

We are recruiting a Full-Time sales executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for selling our products, dealing with customer requirements by responding to incoming emails, phone enquiries and customer walk-ins, as well as general clerical duties. Applicants will need to be computer-literate and fluent in English. and Maltese.

Education and requirements

• Previous experience in sales
• A good command of written and verbal English, knowledge of Maltese is considered an asset.
• Excellent communication skills
• A secondary level of education
• A good level of numeracy and IT literacy
• Skilled to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Explain garage door models and features to customers
• Evaluate customers' choice of products and assist them to make a decision according to their needs
• Open and close the showroom
• Handle all documentation related to the sale of our products, including collecting deposits and payments due
• Handle client requests for after-sales services required
• Take care of general administrative and clerical duties related to the sales processes.
