&lt;p&gt;Operating in FMCG market for over 50 years, Rimus Trading Agency is a leading company in the sales and distribution of food products in Malta. An opportunity has arisen for an energetic person to join our Management team as a Sales Manager.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Working closely with the senior management team, the Sales Manager will be responsible for a specific portfolio of products and client categories within our existing client portfolio.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The ability to motivate and lead a team of sales representatives;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be analytical in order to devise and implement sales plans;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have the ability to negotiate with both principals and clients;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Devise and eexecuting a strategic sales and marketing plan to achieve and maximize brand potential.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A proven track record in a similar role. Knowledge of FMCG, whilst not essential, will be considered an asset;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Posses an academic qualification in a relevant discipline;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Possess very good interpersonal skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
