Sales Representative

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative with a natural flair for sales and marketing. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting a range of products to local healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and retail outlets, while developing and maintaining strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with prospective clients;
• Maintain and nurture existing relationships with current clients;
• Present, explain, and advise healthcare professionals on the company's product portfolio;
• Visit retail outlets, including pharmacies, supermarkets, and health shops on a regular basis, identifying opportunities and addressing key brand related issues;
• Drive sales and business development initiatives;
• Meet and exceed established sales targets;
• Prepare and present regular sales reports;
• Introduce new brands and products to doctors, nutritionists, beauticians, and other healthcare professionals;
• Work closely with the Marketing Team to support promotional activities and campaigns;
• Promote products effectively within retail outlets to maximise sales opportunities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within a related industry;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment;
• Previous sales experience will be considered an asset, although it is not a prerequisite;
• Strong sales and presentation skills;
• IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications;
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented;
• Possession of a valid driving licence and a clean Police Conduct certificate.
