An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join a respected insurance provider with a strong presence across Malta. This role is ideal for a motivated and strategic professional who excels at leading teams, driving performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Sales Team Leader, you’ll oversee a commercial team responsible for achieving key sales objectives while maintaining the highest standards of advice and client service. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, coaching team members, and ensuring operational excellence within a trusted, growth-oriented organisation.

Your leadership will foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, empowering your team to exceed targets and uphold professional and ethical standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

• Proven leadership experience in sales, ideally within insurance or financial services.

Salary & Benefits €35,000 - €40,000 depending on experience plus: performance incentives and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, hybrid working options, professional training, and long-term career development opportunities.
