As Senior Accounting Manager, you will be stepping into a role that balances leadership, technical expertise, and client interaction. You will guide a small but growing team, support clients across a wide range of sectors, and help develop new internal processes as the firm scales. You will:

• Lead and develop a small team of accountants, guiding their growth and supporting their daily responsibilities
• Serve as a main point of contact for key international clients, building lasting relationships
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices in line with industry standard

Skills / Experience:

• ACCA or CPA fully qualified or Master in Accountancy
• Experience in a client accounting environment or client-facing roles, ideally with some leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of Maltese VAT and tax regulations

Salary / Remuneration: €45,000 – €50,000 (Depending on Experience)
