A leading international gaming organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Risk Analyst to join its expanding risk team and play a key role in enhancing the organisation’s approach to enterprise risk, business resilience, and risk intelligence. This is an excellent opportunity for a risk professional who enjoys working across different areas of a business and using analysis to support sound commercial and strategic decisions.
Reporting to the Head of Risk, you will be responsible for analysing and monitoring the organisation’s key risk exposures, supporting risk assessments, and providing meaningful insights to senior stakeholders. You will work closely with teams across the business to identify emerging threats, assess potential impacts, track mitigation actions, and ensure that material risks are clearly understood and appropriately managed.
The successful candidate will gain broad exposure to senior management, strategic business initiatives, regulatory developments, and a complex international operating environment. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct enterprise risk assessments and support the identification of key strategic, operational, regulatory, and emerging risks
- Analyse risk exposures, trends, and potential business impacts, providing clear and actionable insights to management
- Monitor risk mitigation plans and work with stakeholders to ensure agreed actions are effectively implemented
- Prepare risk dashboards, management reports, analysis, and presentations for senior management and relevant committees
- Support the ongoing development and enhancement of the enterprise risk management framework
- Provide risk input and analytical support for strategic projects, business changes, and major organisational initiatives
- Monitor emerging risks, regulatory developments, and external factors that may impact the organisation
- Contribute to strengthening risk governance, processes, methodologies, and reporting standards
- Promote consistent risk identification, assessment, and monitoring practices across the organisation
Skills & Experience
- Degree and/or professional qualification in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Economics, Governance, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in risk analysis, enterprise risk management, or a closely related function
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and translate it into clear business insights
- Experience working with risk assessments, risk reporting, risk registers, controls, and mitigation activities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with senior stakeholders
- Experience gained within Financial Services, Gaming, Consulting, or a Big Four environment would be highly advantageous
- Good understanding of enterprise risk principles, governance frameworks, internal controls, and regulatory expectations
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic international environment
Salary / Remuneration: €50,000 – €65,000 depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits package
