As a Senior Finance Operations Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping capital markets activity running smoothly, managing settlements, reconciliations, corporate actions, and trade support across a wide range of financial instruments, including bonds, equities, and ETFs. You’ll build deep technical knowledge and develop the analytical insight required to excel in investment management.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the accurate and timely execution of daily investment operations.
• Support stockbroking and capital markets activities across multiple asset classes.
• Provide operational expertise to institutional, pension, and trust clients.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.
• Strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Salary & Benefits: €30,000 – €35,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus: structured mentorship and professional training, collaborative, high-performance work culture, clear progression path within capital markets and investment operations.
