We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior IT Technician to join our growing team.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the IT industry.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Maltese and English.
- Professional expertise in:
- IT Hardware Repair and Maintenance
- Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications
- Managed Print Services (MPS)
- Network and IT Infrastructure Support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
- Relevant IT certifications will be considered an asset.
Main Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain IT hardware and equipment.
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of IT technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Install, configure, and support Microsoft-based systems and applications.
- Manage and support MPS solutions and printing environments.
- Provide technical support to clients and end users.
- Maintain IT infrastructure and ensure system reliability.
- Document technical procedures and support activities.
