You Will:

• Daily posting and verification of executed security transactions in the Portfolio Management System (PMS).
• Coordinating with counterparties and brokers to ensure accurate execution of security transactions in accordance with Trade Desk instructions.
• Collecting client instructions promptly and instructing custodians in a timely manner for all types of Voluntary Corporate Actions. Processing these actions in client accounts and communicating Corporate Actions notifications to customers.
• Handling all Asset Transfer requests by collecting necessary client instructions, posting Asset Transfer instructions in the Portfolio Management System (PMS), and addressing any settlement issues that arise.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Previous work experience working in an Operations department within the financial industry (bank, custodian, brokerage
• Leadership skills with the ability to lead and coach other team members to work effectively as a team
• Analytical skills, be able to work independently and have a can-do attitude
• Good knowledge of the various types of Investment products (equities, bonds, mutual funds, FX)

Salary / Remuneration: €30,000 - €36,000 + annual bonus
