A leading international gaming organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Risk Officer to join its growing risk function and play a key role in strengthening its enterprise risk capabilities. This is a high-impact opportunity for a risk professional who wants to work closely with senior leadership while contributing to the continued development of a robust enterprise risk management framework.

Reporting to the Head of Risk, you will support the evolution of the organisation’s enterprise risk approach by providing expert guidance, risk insights, and effective challenge across strategic, operational, and regulatory areas. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to identify emerging risks, enhance risk practices, and support informed decision-making at all levels.

The successful candidate will become a key contributor within the enterprise risk function, gaining valuable exposure to executive management, strategic initiatives, and a complex international operating environment. Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the enterprise risk management framework
• Assist in identifying, assessing, and monitoring key enterprise, operational, regulatory, and business risks
• Partner with business leaders to improve risk awareness, ownership, and mitigation strategies
• Prepare high-quality risk reporting and analysis for senior management and relevant committees
• Provide risk guidance and challenge on strategic projects and business initiatives
• Contribute to the enhancement of risk policies, processes, and governance structures
• Promote a proactive and consistent risk management culture across the organisation

Skills & Experience

• Degree and/or professional qualification in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Governance, or a related discipline
• Proven experience within risk management, preferably within an enterprise risk environment
• Experience supporting or delivering risk framework development, transformation projects, or major risk initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
• Experience gained within Financial Services, Gaming, Consulting, or a Big Four environment would be highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk principles, governance frameworks, and regulatory expectations

Salary / Remuneration: €50,000 – €65,000 depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits package
