About This Job

The Site Supervisor oversees daily site operations, coordinates with contractors and technical teams, and ensures work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have strong supervision skills, practical construction/site experience, and the ability to read and update CAD drawings when required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES.

  • Inspecting project sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
  • Supervising and instructing the allocated company workers as well as subcontractors and see that they are well and timely equipped with material and tools.
  • Educating workers on site safety regulations and accident protocol.
  • Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
  • Evaluating the performance of site employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
  • Analysing drawings to ensure that projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
  • Recommending changes to site operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
  • To upkeep best possible relationship and communication at all levels.

Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD or similar drafting tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
  • EU Driving license is compulsory for this role
  • Applicant should be willing to work flexible hours
