This role is essential in supporting our commitment to sustainable energy solutions. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Installation of Solar Panels:&lt;/strong&gt; Efficiently install solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Site Assessment:&lt;/strong&gt; Conduct site evaluations to determine optimal solar panel placement and system design, taking into consideration environmental factors.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Collaboration:&lt;/strong&gt; Work closely with project managers, electricians, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Customer Interaction:&lt;/strong&gt; Communicate effectively with clients to explain system functionalities and address any questions or concerns regarding their solar installations.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Documentation:&lt;/strong&gt; Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and equipment used, adhering to company policies and procedures.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills and Qualifications:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Technical Skills:&lt;/strong&gt; Basic understanding of electrical systems and solar technology, with a willingness to learn and develop technical expertise.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Physical Fitness:&lt;/strong&gt; Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Problem-Solving:&lt;/strong&gt; Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions on-site.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Communication Skills:&lt;/strong&gt; Proficient in English with excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.&lt;br&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Team Player:&lt;/strong&gt; Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Join us in making a positive impact on the environment and helping customers transition to renewable energy solutions.
