As part of IDEA Group, the College is seeking a personable and highly driven Student Recruitment Advisor to guide aspiring students on their educational journey.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The Student Recruitment Advisor advises and supports prospective students, helping them align their goals with the right programme and guiding them through their first step toward further study. The role suits a consultative, student-focused professional who excels at building meaningful relationships and takes satisfaction in helping others succeed.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Engagement&lt;/strong&gt;: Connect with prospective students by phone, email, and messaging platforms, providing tailored guidance on the College&#039;s programmes&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Personalised&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Advice&lt;/strong&gt;: Understand each student&#039;s goals and recommend the most suitable courses at IDEA College&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Relationship&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Building&lt;/strong&gt;: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with prospective students, ensuring a seamless enrolment experience&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Collaboration&lt;/strong&gt;: Work with academic and administrative teams to deliver a supportive and effective student journey&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Market Insight&lt;/strong&gt;: Stay informed of educational trends and developments in order to offer relevant, current advice&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What we’re looking for&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A minimum of a Bachelor&#039;s degree is required; a Master&#039;s degree is strongly preferred&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven experience in consultative sales, recruitment, or a customer-facing advisory role&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A sound understanding of learning outcomes and qualification frameworks&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong attention to detail and a high standard of written English&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A genuine passion for education and for empowering others to achieve their goals&lt;/li&gt;
