Reporting to the Partner, this strategic position requires a candidate with strong business acumen and extensive tax expertise, both domestic and international. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, possess excellent management skills, and ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Tax expertise: Have experience in domestic as well as cross-border and international tax issues.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Leadership: Take ownership of the Tax Unit within the organization.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Development: Drive and oversee the development of the unit.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Training: Train Tax seniors and associates.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Strategic growth: Improve the organisations market position by defining long-term goals, building key-customer relationships, and identifying business opportunities.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Proactivity: Adopt a proactive approach.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Advisory services: Provide Tax and VAT advisory services at the highest level.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Review: Review Tax Returns for corporates, individuals, and other bodies of persons.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Documentation: Review Tax Refund forms and shareholders registration forms.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Support: Assist the responsible Partner in complex Tax and VAT Advisory projects.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Marketing: Assist in the preparation of articles, newsletters, and other marketing materials.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Client solutions: Understand clients&#039;
