Role Overview

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for understanding customer technical needs, recommending appropriate products, and providing clear demonstrations of product functionality. Your role will contribute to building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and staying informed about technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Needs Identification: Identify customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Clear Communication: Explain complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Customer Follow-up: Follow up with customers to address any issues and keep them informed about new products and technological advancements.
• Proposal Preparation: Prepare proposals and reports related to technical products.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.
• Sales Activity Reporting: Report sales activity to management and maintain accurate records of customer communications.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related field.
• Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a related field. Experience in the Hospitality sector is considered an asset.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of company products and technical expertise.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Lead Management: Ability to identify and follow up on leads.
• Sales Track Record: Proven track record in selling products and closing deals.
• Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills and professional appearance.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license.
