A vacancy has arisen for the post of a Technician within the Dispense & Vending department. Reporting to the Dispense & Vending Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out technical work to the highest established standards within the dispense & vending area. Additionally, the candidate will support process and facility operations by complying with Franchise and Lean Management requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Refurbish, install, commission, and dismantle vending machines, coffee machines, draught equipment, water coolers, and any other company assets.
· Perform day-to-day repairs on the aforementioned equipment.
· Conduct sanitisation and other servicing tasks on this equipment.
· Complete required work both internally at the workshop and externally at the client's premises.
· Drive a company vehicle to various outlets to perform necessary tasks.
· Maintain a positive customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Requirements:
· Possess an MQF Level 4/5 technical qualification at minimum.
· Demonstrate good problem-solving skills.
· Be ICT literate.
· Hold a valid and clean driving license.
