Location: Mosta, Sliema, St. Julians, Qormi
Educational and skill requirements
- Speak fluently in English
Diploma or degree in one of the following fields:
- Visual merchandising
- Interior design
- Retail management
- Graphic design or fine arts
Experience and Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of the Company, the brand and the store
- Solid experience managing a similar fast-paced retail operation
- Passion for interior design, creativity and trend awareness
- Proven ability to maximise profitability and drive sales
- Strong team management experience
Skills and Attitudes:
- Knowledge of current interior design and decor trends
- Creativity in product styling and display setups
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong sense of aesthetics and design
- Commercial awareness
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Goal orientated: to be oriented to carry out a good job and achieve or even exceed goals
- Flexibility and problem-solving ability
- Ability to handle pressure and react quickly to situations making timely decisions in
