About This Job

Overall Purpose

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships. This role covers the full sales cycle—from initial enquiry through to delivery and post-sale support. A key focus will be maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products, pricing, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings and deliver value to customers.

Main Duties and Reponsibilities

· Open and close the showroom daily, ensuring that both the showroom environment and display vehicles are maintained in optimal condition at all times.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by responding to inquiries, understanding their needs, and supporting them throughout the sales process.

· Promote and sell the company’s vehicle brands, enhancing both sales performance and brand awareness among customers.

· Assess customer preferences and budget to guide them toward informed and suitable vehicle purchase decisions.

· Present and explain key features and benefits of various vehicle models; conduct test drives to support and encourage purchasing decisions.

· Manage all documentation related to the vehicle sales process and handle customer payments via bank transfer, credit card, cash, or cheque as appropriate.

· Coordinate the preparation and final inspection of vehicles prior to delivery and provide customers with a comprehensive handover, including an explanation of vehicle features and functions.

· Respond to any sales-related complaints and escalate issues to the Sales Manager in a timely manner.

· Report any required maintenance or cleaning needs to ensure the showroom meets Franchise presentation standards at all times.

· Remain up to date on new vehicle models, product features, and technological advancements, ensuring full compliance with Franchise standards.

· Participate in vehicle launches, motor fairs, and promotional events, including those held outside of regular working hours as needed.

· Attend training sessions organized by the company to support continuous professional development.

· Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or General Manager.

· Comply strictly with all health and safety regulations, internal company policies, and Franchise requirements.
