WAITER/WAITRESS

Overview  

Join a dynamic hospitality team as a waiter/waitress delivering excellent front-of-house service in a fast-paced dining environment. Professional, friendly, and efficient candidates will ensure guests enjoy a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests, present menus and daily specials, and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously  

- Take accurate food and drink orders, recommend menu items and specials, and upsell when appropriate  

- Serve food and beverages in a timely, organized manner while maintaining presentation standards  

- Ensure order accuracy and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to manage course timing and special requests  

- Check on guests during their meal, address concerns proactively, and resolve issues to satisfaction  

- Process bills and handle cash/card transactions accurately; follow closing and cash-handling procedures  

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, dining room, and side stations  

Skills and Qualifications

- Professional working proficiency in English; additional languages an asset  

- Previous experience in a waiter/waitress or similar front-of-house role (associate-level experience)  

- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills  

- Team player with a flexible schedule, available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required  

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene best practices; relevant certifications preferred but not mandatory
