Warehouse & Distribution Administrator

e are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Distribution Adminstrator to oversee our daily warehouse, inventory and distribution operations and ensure an efficient, accurate and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, kitting, loading and distribution.
• Manage warehouse staff, drivers, kitters, loaders and inventory personnel.
• Coordinate driver routes and liaise with the Sales Department on route adjustments.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, transfers, returns and expiry management through SIMS.
• Ensure accurate stock records and conduct regular stock takes.
• Optimise warehouse space, resources and operational efficiency.
• Ensure orders and deliveries are prepared and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance where required.
• Resolve operational issues and continuously improve warehouse and logistics processes.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety and applicable legislation.
• Provide clear direction and leadership to the Logistics & Warehouse team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution management.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations.
• A hands-on, proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with SIMS or similar stock management systems will be considered an asset.
• Clean police conduct
