&lt;p&gt;Location: Milan, Italy&lt;br&gt; Employment Type: Full-Time&lt;br&gt; Reports To: Overseas Operations Manager&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Job Overview:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our operations team in Milan. The ideal candidate will oversee the loading and unloading of shipments, ensure goods are handled with care to prevent transit damage, and maintain accurate documentation. This role demands strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Italian, and the ability to work effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Supervise the loading and unloading of shipments from and onto trailers.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure goods are handled efficiently and carefully to minimise damage during transit.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Accurately label, measure, and document all shipments in a timely manner.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Use internal company systems, Microsoft Office, and email communications daily.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Communicate professionally in English and Italian with clients, suppliers, and internal staff.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Enforce and comply with all Health and Safety procedures in the warehouse.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Act as a point of accountability in daily warehouse operations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Attend and complete training at the company’s Malta headquarters.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Display strong managerial potential and an eagerness to grow into a leadership role.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Adhere and enforce Health and Safety procedures to staff and visitors.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Report and Update Damages. Key responsible to reduce damages.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Finding solutions to recurrent problems and escalations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Requirements:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven experience in warehouse operations, particularly in shipment handling and supervision.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and internal systems.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Valid forklift license.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Valid work permit, EU citizenship and clean police conduct certificate.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ambition to grow and develop within a structured performance-based environment.&lt;/li&gt;
