LINEA Studio, from the team behind Symphony House, is an interiors and home décor business currently expanding with the launch of our online retail store.
We are looking for an organised, energetic and motivated Accounts & Operations Administrator to join us in a varied, hands-on role covering bookkeeping, inventory, customer orders, supplier coordination and general business operations.
Your role will include:
• Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and preparing accounting records and documentation
• Managing customer enquiries, quotations, orders and follow-ups
• Processing and coordinating online and in-store orders
• Managing inventory and stock records, including incoming goods and stock movements
• Updating products, pricing and information across our website and internal systems
• Following up orders with local and international suppliers
• Coordinating deliveries, collections and order fulfilment
• General administration and filing
• Supporting the day-to-day operation of the showroom and online store
• Assisting with basic marketing activities
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, couriers and service providers
• Helping develop and improve internal systems and procedures as the business grows
What we're looking for:
• Minimum 1 year experience in bookkeeping
• Minimum A-Level standard, MCAST Diploma or equivalent (MQF Level 3/4)
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
• Organised and able to manage different tasks and priorities
• Accurate and attentive when working with numbers, orders and stock
• Confident communicating with customers and suppliers
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle
Experience in inventory management, retail or e-commerce systems would be considered an advantage but is not essential.
Hours & Salary
Full-time: 40 hours per week
We are also open to considering a 32-hour working week for the right candidate.
Salary: €14,500–€17,500 gross per annum, depending on experience. Remuneration for reduced hours would be adjusted accordingly. Linea

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Malta without requiring employer sponsorship or a new work/residence permit application.
The role offers exposure to accounts, inventory, e-commerce, purchasing, customer service and retail operations, with the opportunity to develop new skills and take on greater responsibility as LINEA grows.
